Cathy Malinger just sharing an observation Camping when you can walk among strangers in your Pj’s with a bag of dog poop in your hand and still strike up a conversation shirt to check for intolerances, please don’t think I’m judging. When I had to give up caffeine I realized that for years I had been overriding my body’s cues it was trying to send me about being tired. Without caffeine, I could hear those pleas to just go to bed so if at 8:20 pm I hit a wall, I would go to bed if possible. Getting the sleep that I needed was eye-opening. Everything is harder when you’re tired! I thought there’s no way I can function w/o it but I actually felt better and less tired w/o caffeine. Currently back on the caffeine bandwagon-oopsy! but starting to wean back off again.

Best Camping when you can walk among strangers in your Pj’s with a bag shirt
Good luck with whatever steps Camping when you can walk among strangers in your Pj’s with a bag of dog poop in your hand and still strike up a conversation shirt! I am certain that I could benefit from getting more sleep! There are many things I need to eliminate along with the caffeine so here’s to positive choices in 2019. Wishing you the best! I love the synchronicity of this, Judy! And yes, having that little buffer in the morning really can change the course of the rest of the day in a very positive way! Thank you for sharing. One of my goals for today was to wake up earlier so I’m not so rushed in the morning. And I did it! The amazing thing is I had time to read from your book and this is the EXACT passage I read! This makes me hopeful that I will be able to do it again tomorrow!
