He and I moved to Southern California where I got him enrolled in the California School for the Deaf-Riverside. This school was tasked with not only teaching him ASL, they had to teach him everything none of the other schools had taught him. He was going into 10th grade illiterate of anything. In these past 3 years, he has gone from 0 in ASL to 90% fluency. He has gone from reading 1st-grade books to high school books. He is an avid reader, especially history. He is an amazing young man. I not only love him, I like him as well. He has asked me to adopt him when he turns 21. I cried, and said, Yes.
My ex roommate was harassing me. Every time she started trouble I would go to the police station and bring a print out of her threatening posts or IM. Or her boyfriend trying to add me. Her signing me up for so I get sales calls for her. Her calling me and hanging up then yelling at me when I called back. One of the main issues I had with her was posting poop jokes on my Facebook page. I changed my settings so that no one can post on my page or tag me with my ok.
so she send a group text of a poop joke. 2 years after I moved out. 2 years of no talking. So I responded with a how to apologize message that had several parts apologize. Mean it, change your behavior, do something to make up for the wrong ect. She took that as a threat to her life went all over Facebook about she was scared and needed help and she called the police because her local police department hates her.
The last time I made a report the police said can’t you do anything to get her to stop. I said I am here to get help so she will stop threatening me and harassing me. I tried talking to her with a referee (someone that knows both sides) she won’t because she knows she is wrong. I tried talking to her parents but they are sick of her craziness too and won’t do anything.
I was 15, and this was the second time I had tried to take my life in the last month. The doctor went through the routine questions, what happened, did I have any allergies etc. Before moving on to the slightly more immediate problem of my medical state. I unwrapped the bandages to reveal the wounds and the doctor just looked confused.
